Our refund policy allows for cancellation within seven days of enrollment for a full refund, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments or agreements already in place.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Incisive Focus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the incident.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, provide access to your learning progress data for a limited time following termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email to registered users.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation.
